In addition, if you hold permits or qualifications of your own, you can lead a session in the following activities as your own instructor. Please note you will need to provide evidence of your qualification or permit, proof that you hold a valid first aid certificate and proof that you are covered under insurance. We may also as to see a logbook of your experience.
- Archery (Archery GB Core Coach or above - Scout Archery Permit)
- Rifle Shooting (NSRA Youth Proficiency Scheme Tutor's Diploma or above)
- Tomahawks (Logbook of experience or certificate of training)
- Climbing (CWI or above - Scout Climbing Leadership Permit or above)
- Fencing (British Fencing Core Coach or above)
- Paddlesports (PSI + Paddle Sports Safety and Rescue - Scout Adventurous Activity Permit Paddlesports)
