How do I check availability and book?

Is there a maximum group size?
The maximum group size varies by activity. Most sessions are capped at no more than 12 participants to ensure each young person gets adequate time and instruction. If you have a larger group we can split you across multiple activities.
Do we need to provide our own equipment?
No! We provide all necessary safety gear and activity equipment (helmets, harnesses, bows, etc.). However, please ensure all participants are wearing closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity.
Are the activities accessible for all abilities?
In most cases we’re able to adapt our activities to make them accessible for
all.
If you have a Scout or Guide with specific physical or sensory needs, please contact us in advance so our instructors can adapt the session to ensure they have a fantastic experience.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Many of our activities have the option of running indoors or are sheltered and can operate in all weathers – you can find out further information for individual activities here.
For outdoor sessions, where possible we will normally continue in light rain, but in the event of extreme weather, we will work with you to reschedule or find an indoor alternative as appropriate. Certain outdoor activities won’t run in poor weather due the increased risk of injury.
Can we stay overnight?
